Refund Policy

Your Preferred Tours, (hereinafter also referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that our clients have a memorable travel experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where amendments or cancellations may be necessary. We, therefore, want to provide our customers with a clear and fair refund policy.

Our refund policy for our travel and tour website is as follows:

  • 1. If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible for giving any refund to you.
  • 2. If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible for giving any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, and the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final
  • 3. Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule in its sole discretion an event, whether in-person or virtual, due to low registrations. If we voluntarily cancel an event due to low registrations, delegates will be offered a full or partial refund. If we may postpones or reschedules an event due to low registrations, we in its sole discretion will 1) provide an account credit, or 2) transfer registration to the same or similar event at a future date
  • 4. Refund Processing Timeframe: We make every effort to process refunds in a timely manner. However, it may take at least 15 to 45 days to process the refund, if due. We will notify you once your refund is processed.
  • 5. No Refund for Unutilized Services: Please note that there shall be no refund for any unutilised services, such as meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transport, and sightseeing, for any reason whatsoever.
  • 6. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.If more than 45 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet.Please Contact Us.
